Cool stuff! I think I'd heard about you guys a couple years ago when I first started looking into the FHIR spec (the name "fhirbase" rings a bell anyway).

I'm only just now getting back into working in the healthcare sector after being away from it since basically the time of the most recent commit to clj-hl7-fhir. At this point I think I want to just get myself re-acquainted with the FHIR spec and the types of projects I'll be working on (and their specific requirements) before doing anything like merge this library in with yours. I'll get back to you on this in the future. :)
