Right now when you have a run loaded and ready to be started, the main timer label just says "Ready". I think it would be better if this always showed the current time, even if that time is just "0.00".

This is especially important now that Llanfair has the ability to use delayed start times as the run is not necessarily always going to start the clock at 0.00.
